The M700 is Toshbia's fourth generation Tablet PC. Complete with fingerprint reader (and webcam and HSDPA if you take the more expensive of the two models), it is a solid all-rounder.
I particularly liked the dual mode touch screen that responds both to a digizer stylus and a fingertip.
