Motorola's MOTOFONE F3 is a very basic handset indeed. It has a limited set of features. If you want more than voice calls, texting and an alarm then this is not the phone for you.
It is very inexpensive, though, so it might catch your eye. It also uses a screen technology I've not seen in a mobile before - an e-paper based technology which has a monochrome colour scheme and is very light on power consumption.
The general handset design is not unattractive, and the flat keyboard is very Motorola, and works fine. It sounds like this should be an ideal handset for those who just want to make voice calls.
I did have some major problems with the F3, though, and they boil down to the user interface (how you get the phone to do what you want it to do), and the screen. The former seemed unintuitive to me, the latter simply doesn't display enough information.
