Tablet PCs seem to be jollying along nicely, and this latest offering from HP Compaq is a fairly neat and small example. The tc4400 isn't quite an ultra-portable and weighs a shade over 2kg, which is a pity as Tablet PCs can come into their own when held in the crook of an arm, and the lighter they are for this purpose the better.
This Tablet PC isn't as fully featured as I'd like - it is a bit short on USB ports and lacks Firewire, for example, and there is no optical drive.
