HTC announced in June 2006 that it would start to sell mobile devices under its own brand name while continuing to also supply third parties. Its Windows Mobile Pocket PC and Smartphone hardware is sold by many network operators and others under their own brands.
The first two devices were announced at this time, the TyTN (pronounced 'titan') a Windows Mobile Pocket PC, and the MTeoR (pronounced 'meteor'), a Windows Mobile Smartphone. Both are 3G devices.
Of course, I got hold of both as quickly as possible, and my review of the TyTN has been published by TrustedReviews. Read it here.
