The Nokia C3 is a low cost handset with a front facing keyboard that makes it ideal for frequent texters.
It has good Twitter and Facebook apps, but is relatively basic in terms of features and functions beyond that. If you don't want lots of functions, or add on apps or widgets, it might suit, though.
