The Q210 definitely has its heart in consumerland, but some small business users might be drawn to it as well. The red flash at the front of the casing, called 'touch of colour' by Samsung's design people, comes straight from Samsung's TVs and monitors, and some will like it, some loathe it.
It is not packed with top-notch features and the 12.1-inch display won't work for everyone, but it is certainly not out of the reckoning.
