Samsung's Soul U900 is a handset with great build quality. Its slide mechanism is smooth and its metal parts are lovely.
It is one of a small breed of mobiles with a touch screen where the navigation pad usually is. Think LG KF600 for another example. But where the LG is fun and funky, the Soul is rather more staid. One isn't better than the other, it is just a difference of approach. In both phones the icons available change as you switch applications so that, for example, you get music control buttons when you are in the music player.
That may be the headline feature of this handset but there is a lot more besides, such as HSDPA and a 5 megapixel camera.
