E-TEN glofiish M800 review published

E-TEN's glofiish range of Windows Mobile devices is augmented with considerable frequency. The M800 is most recent of the bunch to offer a slide-out keyboard, and it also numbers among its features a 640 x 480 resolution display, Wi-Fi, 3G with HSDPA, GPS antenna and FM radio.

There is also a huge amount of pre-loaded sofware, making the glofiish M800 quite a desirable device.

But there is one serious problem.

The front buttons, which offer access to softmenus, telephony and other features, are touch sensitive. They proved annoying to use because of of the lack of tactile, visual or aural feedback to indicate one is pressed, inability to disable them, and my propensity to touch one by accident from time to time.

This is a pity as it lets the device down in a big way.
