Vodafone is the only UK network to currently offer 7.2Mbps download and 1.44Mbps upload over its network with its combined HSDPA/HSUPA service. Its availability is very limited (a few postcodes in London, some airports), but it is there.
The company has recently brought out two modems that take advantage, and I've reviewed them together.
What I see is mostly good stuff, but like most people in the UK I wasn't able to try the ultra fast service. I can't wait for it to reach me, but in the mean time either modem is a stylish way to get ordinary 3G data access on my laptop.
