Alcatel's OT-E201 is a straightforward phone available at a straightforward price. For under £15 in the UK it is a handset you can drop a SIM into and then make voice calls, send texts and, well, not much else, really.
It has a tiny and comparatively low resolution screen, no email support, no web or WAP browser, no music payback, no document reader, no camera. But it weighs just 69g, and it performs perfectly well for making phone calls.
