Panasonic ToughBook CF-30 review published

Ruggedised notebooks aren't for everyone. But if you need one, they don't get more robust than the fully ruggedised Toughbook range from Panasonic.

The CF-30 is a beast to carry but its solid shell seems unbendable. It has a super bright screen. All the connectors are protected by covers and ports. The keyboard is waterproof. It is designed to withstand extremes of heat and cold.

This notebook is designed to survive drops of 90cm with the machine switched on. I tried this and the computer was working as well after the drop as before. With one caveat. Read my full review, which has been published by ZDNet.co.uk to find out what that caveat is. You'll find it here.
