Samsung's Ultra range of mobile phones is getting well established now, and the D840 is a thin slider model new to the line-up.
One of this mobile's best features is probably its web browser, but overall this handset is closer to average than outstanding in terms of features. Design wise, too, this phone doesn't have the great metallic looks of some mobiles.
Nonetheless, when compared to an obvious - and metal rich - slider rival, the Shine from LG, the D840 is much easier to use.
