T-Mobile's MDA Vario II is a variant on HTC's TyTN.
It is a small format Windows Mobile Pocket PC with 3G SIM support, and one of the features I really like is its mini keyboard, which slides away inside one of the long edges when it is not needed.
T-Mobile adds HSDPA to the device, which means mobile data speeds of up to 1.8MBps. Having tired this I can confirm it is super-fast.
