The US has had a Windows Mobile based Palm Treo for a long while now, but here in the UK we've only just got one, the Treo 750v, which has just appeared exclusively with Vodafone.
Palm fans the world over have had to get used to the idea of a Treo running Windows Mobile, and many may still not be content with the idea.
To them in particular I am happy to report that the Palm software engineers have improved on Windows Mobile in some very signinficant areas, most notably the Today screen which is, quite simply vastly better for everyday use in this incarnation than in any I have seen before.
