ALK CoPilot Live 6 on Windows Mobile Smartphone review published

I'm a sucker for in car navigation systems, and have tried most of those available both as standalone products and as 'bolt-on' kit for PDAs and smartphones.

I've always had a liking for CoPilot which is the 'bolt-on' type. It does a good job of working with the devices it is designed to run on. The software designers seem to understand both the hardware and software issues well.

On the hardware front things are designed so that users can get what they want from the software a minimum number of button presses or screen taps. On the software side the available screen space is used intelligently.

Nowhere are these factors more present than on the Windows Mobile Smartphone variant of the CoPilot software. The lack of a touch screen and small display area mean plenty of effort has to be put into both aspects of development.

Find out what else I like about this software by reading my review at trustedreviews.com here.
